UBI Mid South Terms of Service

Overview

The UBI Mid South App (“App”) is owned and operated by King Insurance Group LLC (“KIG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and delivered through the AI Boss 360 platform. The App utilizes secure hosting and data infrastructure services provided by LeadConnector LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of LeadConnector Inc.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

The App is intended for licensed insurance agents, staff, and authorized users affiliated with UBI Mid South and King Insurance Group LLC.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access if eligibility requirements are not met.

Purpose of the App

The App is a private collaboration and communication platform designed to:

  • Share internal announcements and updates

  • Provide training resources

  • Support team collaboration

  • Reinforce professional standards and accountability

The App is not intended for public consumer use.

User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Use the App for professional and authorized purposes only

  • Comply with applicable federal and state laws

  • Follow company policies and professional conduct standards

You agree not to:

  • Post unlawful, defamatory, or inappropriate content

  • Share confidential company information outside authorized channels

  • Attempt to interfere with platform security or functionality

  • Use the App for unauthorized solicitation

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from failure to safeguard login credentials.

Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including logos, branding, materials, training resources, and internal processes, is the property of King Insurance Group LLC and/or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit content outside the App without written authorization.

Platform Availability

We strive to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We may modify, update, restrict, or discontinue features of the App at any time without prior notice.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to the UBI Mid South Privacy Policy.

By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

Regulatory Compliance

Users who are licensed insurance professionals are responsible for complying with all applicable federal and North Carolina insurance laws and regulations, including advertising, communication, and data handling requirements.

The App is intended for internal collaboration and training purposes and does not replace regulatory obligations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, King Insurance Group LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App:

  • For violation of these Terms

  • For conduct deemed harmful to the organization

  • Upon termination of your affiliation with UBI Mid South or King Insurance Group LLC

Upon termination, your right to access the App ceases immediately.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within North Carolina.

You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
